Lab 3 - Prebuilt Website Import - Not Working
Hi There,
I am attempting to import the Elementor version of the Lab 3 pre-built site.
See the attached image to view what it looks like ( lab3-elementor.png ).
Here's the error log I was able to get from my host ( WP Engine )...
[13-May-2021 22:20:41 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type int in /nas/content/live/thebiancabox/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/importer/wordpress-importer.php on line 431
I really want to use Elementor as a builder but also tried importing the Muffin version, which looks closer but is still not matching the comp site.
See the attached image to view what it looks like ( lab3-muffin.png ).

I'll send you a direct message from your contact form with wp admin access info.
Please advise - again - would like to use Elementor and want to match the advertised comp.

Hello,
Please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
If you do not know how to do it, please check this topic:
https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-create-phpinfo-php-page/
Also, check the following video tutorial to ensure you imported your pre-built website correctly.
https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/how-to-import-pre-built-websites/
Remember to have only required plugins activated while importing the demo.
Thanks

I didn't get any notice of this ticket - sorry for the late reply.
Still can't get the Elementor import to work so I've been using the Muffin build... would really prefer Elementor though.
Please advise.
I sent all access via Theme Forest contact for. Feel free to reinstall as I have everything backed up.
Thanks!
Oh - one more thing...
I did follow the video installation process and also contacted my host. They confirmed no processes were timing out and there we only the errors listed which were provided initially in this support ticket.
Thanks!
I have noticed that you have a way too low max input time master value.
Please, contact your hosting provider, and ask them to increase it to at least 180s. After that, check if the issue persists.
Thanks
Since the local value is 3600 - isn't that what is valid?
Darn - the host is unable to increase that variable. Is there any way you could provide me with an export zip of the Lab 3 elementor theme using the All in One Migrate Plugin?
I setup this theme locally and set the php vars like this:

Still getting an error on the import:

Please help me get this working as I am now falling behind schedule on this project for my client due to these issues.
Thanks...
Changing only local values will not do the job, and the master value is the one that your hosting provider should increase to get rid of this problem.
This issue appears because your server does not have enough time to import the whole content on the website.
Please, try to import your demo in parts. To do that, choose Selected data only, first import content, after that Theme Options, and Revolution Slider demo. Remember to reset your database only at the beginning when importing content, and after that, skip the reset because then you will lose your progress.
Unfortunately, we are not able to send you the .zip file with that demo. If my tips from above will not help, I can only suggest changing your hosting provider.
Best regards
I tried you suggestion previously and I also tried hosting a Wordpress install locally off my own server with the higher values in the screen shots posted.
Did you not read those?
I think if you can not help me fix this issue that a refund will be necessary.

Sorry, I misunderstood you, and I thought that you were talking about changing the local values on your server, not localhost.
If you configured the localhost correctly, then there should be no problems with importing pre-built websites.

Did you register your license key there?
Are you using only the required plugins for that demo?
Thanks
Yes and yes.
I've ended up just recreating all of the elementor pages myself to get through this blocker issue for the sake of pushing the project along for the clients deadline. Just a really poor experience here and sadly, I won't be purchasing any more licenses or using Be Theme for any more projects.
Thanks for trying to help though. I am surprised this is not a known issue. It has to be.
