sliding top
hi, i am trying to reduce the dimension of sliding top.https://i.imgur.com/wPBYGbg.png
so i go to the layout.css of betheme and in line 1198 i change margin-top to 0px.
But the margin is not applied. I am using betheme child as default.
- should i apply other code elsewhere?
- now that i already applied this code, obviously on future update it will be overwritten, correct?
- so what do i need to change please and where?
- thank you

Hello,
1,3) We do not provide help with file customization, and if you would like to modify them, you should contact your web developer.
But you do not really need to change it in theme files, and custom CSS code placed in Betheme -> Theme option -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS will do the job. If you need help with that, please, let me know, but it would help if you attach a link to your website.
2) If you are using a child theme, then no changes you made will be overwritten. You would lose it only if you change the parent theme files.
