How to assign restrictions to 3 users?

Hello.

I am the site administrator. I add pages/posts, edit and delete them, manage theme options and so on. I run BeTheme if we can say so.

There are 2 more people who may need to add/change something on pages of their interests.

Question 1. Can I give them access to certain pages and nowhere else?

Question 2. Can I log their action? If something goes wrong on to a page I'd be able to proove that it wasn't me who made the mess.
