Cant update Rev Slider, disappeared from page as not active.

After updating Betheme via FTP as it did not work via admin-tool, Rev Slider vanished. Updating before did not work, I also cannot download a new zip-File from de plugin-Site of muffingroup. The link with my license number in it goes to a white screen.
