Theme Registration

Hi, We had to migrate our WP site from one domain to another. I did de-register the theme in theme options and deleted the theme folder as instructed but it is not accepting the purchase code. It keeps giving me the error msg saying I need to de-register and delete the theme folder.

The theme was first registered on this domain https://artisticmemories.co.za/

Now moved to this domain https://artisticframes.co.za/

Please let me know what I can do from my site to get the theme registered.
