Why can't I submit a ticket for help???
When I go to the support center and click "submit a ticket" it just forwards me to the forum again... where do I actually go to submit a ticket?

Sorry, we do not have a ticket system, and we provide support through the forum.
But if you do not want to share some information in forum discussion, you can always send us a private message thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact

My concern is that for some reason when I upload images into the theme they are not uploading and showing up in the media library. Is this something you can take a look at? Do you want me to send you my login information through the link you sent above?

This forum is similar to the ticket system. We respond to everyone who needs help. Thanks to that, answers are public, other people with similar problems can find a solution without the need to create a new discussion and wait for an answer, as most ticket systems are private.
