Menu disappeared / offer slider disappeared

After updating theme menu and offer slider is disappeared even they have content. Our website is not ready so it's in maintenance mode. How can I provide you login information for you to check?

Hi again,

Contact form7 plugin was causing the issue, after deactivating it, the missing items appeared. But this is theme's default plugin, how can this be solved?

Are there any steps to reproduce? Because I have tested your website, activated the contact form, and menu and offer slider work as they should.

It does not work only on a particular page or all pages?

Can you disable this cache management tool and Entaro and check if the issue persists, please?

We do not support these tools, and they might cause this problem.

If this will not help, please keep them off to check it out without them.

Hi, I tried to disable it but nothing changed. It is actually litespeed cache management from the hosting provider. you can also disable it from the cache management just under betheme options in dashboard. Do you recommend any other plugins to use as contact form?

One last thing. Please, update Betheme to the newest version, turn off all minifying and cache tools on your website, and check if the issue persists.

If this will not help, you can try the Gravity Forms plugin.
