change color in responsive menu

I would like to change background and text color of menu on mobile (custom css for one single page). Which css do i have to use?

i changed color and it worked so far. 

just on mobile (iPhone and iPad) i still have wrong color.

Ok. Please use below css and this should do the trick:

#Top_bar #menu > ul { background: #000 !important; }
