Betheme menu doesn't show up -> cannot enter license key

Dear team,

I started to create a new website with an existing old BeTheme-Theme and now I purchased the required license.

But the BeTheme-Menu doesn't show up in my dashboard, so I cannot enter my license key.

Could you please help me with this issue?

I'm using WP 5.7.2 and Betheme Version 17.3

PS I also purchased 12 month of support, how can I get access to the paid support?

Hello,

First of all, you should install the newest version of Betheme. Please, check the following link, where you will find instructions on how to do that.

But you have an old version of Betheme, so I recommend you do a backup of your website for safety before the update. To do that, please, use the Duplicator plugin.

The support should be automatically assigned to your account, and you will see till when it is valid when you log in to the forum.
