Reduce the background of the image

Hello,

I would like to reduce the blue frame around the photos on the site: http://www.pixelway.de/projekt-raschdorf/leistungen/ , roughly like the sample image on the left on my screen.

I've already tried the padding of 25px 25px 5px, in

3px to change. Now I only shorten the height of the blue frame.

You need to add one value more. Check the following screenshot for better understanding:

These four values are responsible for top, right, bottom, left padding (in this order).

what do you mean by another value? In the first picture I set the padding to 2px 2px 2px 2px, now there shouldn't be much of the blue frame to be seen.
