Changes to pages in Draft state, they are not shown in preview
Good morning, I have made a version update, first of Wordpress (5.3.8 to 5.7.2) and later Betheme (21.5.5 to 23.0.3).
After the changes I have a problem: When I make changes to pages in Draft state, they are not shown in the preview, but when I make changes to pages in published state, they are previewed. In both cases I use the preview option of Smuffin Builder.
The system status shows:
Server Environment
MySQL Version 5.5.5
PHP Version 7.4.16
PHP Memory Limit 512 MB
PHP Time Limit 300
PHP Max Input Vars 20000
WP Max Upload Size 512 MB
cURL
DOMDocument
WP Version 5.7.2
WP Multisite
WP Debug
Language es_ES, text direction: LTR
Could you help me?
regards
Edurne

Hey,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the issue persists. Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
If this will not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact we will check what might be the reason.

Thanks Phil, this is the link https://eataelkartea.org/
Phil, I think we have found the problem.
I have followed your instructions, and by chance I have detected that the problem is caused by the "Classic Editor" plugin. I comment on the steps taken:
1. I installed the WP Super Cache cache cleaning program, since until now I did not have any such program installed.
2. I disabled the plugins and clicked clear cache
3. I tried to edit the page in draft state and it worked, but I realized that I had forgotten to activate the plugins.
4. I activated the plugins and the failure was repeated.
5. I deactivated the "Classic Editor" plugin the program worked again.
I have never used any plugin for cache management. Should I activate the WP Super Cache plugin, does it improve the performance of the page or is it not necessary?
I already sent WordPress dashboard access privately through the contact form.
Thank you
1) Sorry, but we didn't get any message from you yet.
Please check your mail inbox for our response. Look also inside the spam folder.
If you don't have any message from us, please send your login credentials again.
Be sure that you sent all of the required information mentioned in the previous message.
2) About the caching plugins. You can use them on your website, but I recommend turning them on only when you finish working on your website because they might hold some settings, and you can encounter problems with updating pages or options.
Thanks
Sorry, but https://eataelkartea.org/wp-admin is not working.
Can you send me a link to your WP dashboard, please?
Thanks
I access from this link https://eataelkartea.org/wp-login.php,
but following your path https://eataelkartea.org/wp-admin I have also been able to connect to the desktop.
Sorry, but I get this when I try to use the first link:
and the second link:
If I understand the translation, then it is due to some region limitations. Are you able to turn it off, please?
Thanks
sorry
Is already deactivated
Sorry, but I am still not able to access it.
Are you sure that it is disabled?
Thanks
I see that the hosting has country control. Please can you tell me from which country you connect?
I am connecting from Poland.
Thanks
I have included Poland, I think you can connect now
Please, install a fresh copy of Betheme, and check if the issue still persists.

If this will not help, please, contact your hosting provider and ask him to look at the logs for errors and solve them if there are any.
Thanks
Thank you very much, I understand that you recommend that I install the theme again and disable the current installation, instead of updating the theme. I am not an expert person and this raises questions for me.
Will I lose the custom options in the Theme?
No, you will not lose the content from your website because all these pieces of information are stored in a database.
But if you are still afraid of losing anything, you can do a backup with the duplicator plugin.
