poor quality thumbnails of images in gallery

Hello, I have a loaded image gallery on the web. But the thing is, the images look blurry. When I click on them, they zoom in and look good. But in the meantime, they look bad ... How can I correct that? See example here: https://www.badanaresort.com/casa-canaria/

If you do not want your images to be blurry, you should change their size in the gallery options to some higher resolution.
