List (bullet points)

Hi guys

I'm trying to write a simple list of phrases in the page content , but when i chose bullet points list, basically it don't work!

Also using "FALCO theme" it didn't work except using the shortcode <ul class="list"></ul>.

I try to use the same shortcode but it don't works!

Have you any suggestion?

Hi Carlo,

for this theme we got a little bit different classes for list. You can check them all in doc which is included into your theme or on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#muffin-builder (14) Lists)

Is it possible to use different icons than check, star and idea? It would be great to choose the icon out of the list here: http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/typography/#icons

@Hirsch0815 You can do this the following way only:

<ul style="YOUR FONT STYLING"> (Style is optional)
    <li style="list-style-image: url(YOUR PAW ICON FULL PATH);">Your Text Here</li>
</ul>

or:

<ul>
    <li><i class="ICON-NAME"></i> text here</i></li>
</ul>

I tried the second way and that looks almost good but how can I remove the bullets in front of my chosen list icons?
I tried to place a ul{list-style-type: none;} in the Custom | CSS textarea for my page but they still appear.

Try to do it the following way then:

    <li><i class="ICON-NAME"></i> text here</i></li>
</ul>

Unfortunately this doesn't work as well. I just did it without an unordered list but with the icons in front of the text.

Hello, I have a similar need. Trying to remove bullet from an object I inserted in the header.php so it appears on all pages in the header. Custom css would not remove the bullet. Is there a different css than ul{list-style-type: none;} as Hirsch0815 mentioned? Thank you.

I can not make a list of items as proposed in the demo (http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/typography)

I tried several things but it gave these results :

Unfortunately I have the same problem: I can not remove the bullets in front of my chosen list icons.

I tried to place

You need to place this to get the list items to show with a bullet. Place the following into your Custom CSS under the BeTheme Options.

ul{ list-style: initial; list-style-type: disc; list-style-position:inside;}

That works for me.

is it possible to set differnt color for the Icons?

<i class="ICON-NAME" style="color: #E2E2E2 !important;"></i>text here

and so on.

@muffingroup I can't get the bullets to remove either. It has a bullet as well as a checkmark and I believe I've tried everything in this thread.

@bradwbowman Ok, we can see what you mean. So to remove list styles completely from your site, you need to use the following css:

.column_column ul li, .column_helper ul li, .column_visual ul li, .mfn-acc ul li, .ui-tabs-panel ul li, .the_content_wrapper ul li, .post-excerpt ul li { list-style: none !important; }

Yes, but doesn't work. Still same problem.

It is showing correctly, of you would not have the icon everything would be aligned but the icon is a part of the string of text. You would need to have a custom list bullet image.
