Some BeTheme Licenses are not showing or not working properly
I have purchased 19 BeTheme licenses and have deregistered old websites that are no longer using them. However, I am having several troubles with my BeTheme "account" including:
-Some of my licenses on active websites do not allow me to update to newer versions
-Not all of my licenses show when I look them up on muffingroup.com/licenses
-Due to security concerns, I DID update my Envato profile name, so now when I try to get help here, some items do not match up
-In the past 12 hours I have twice renewed my support but my profile still shows my support as expired
I would REALLY like to get all of this cleared up.

Hello,
Please, deregister all your license keys and register them again because they might still be assigned to your previous username. When you reregister them, they should be updated.
Also, if you do not see all licenses in the API tool, please, try to get there with the previous username.
