WPForms Customisation / CSS

I am having a difficult time customising my WPForms.

I used inspect element tool to find classes and IDs e.g. .wpforms-page-button .wpforms-page-next classes but my changes aren't being reflected at all.

I have tried doing this via Customise -> additional css , did not work. I have also tried theme options, custom CSS & JS and that has not worked either. So I am unsure what I am doing wrong if someone can help?

Sorry, but we did not test this plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code, so we cannot help you, unfortunately.
