How to backup

Hey,

I was working with 2 websites and accidentally reset the date base for the website that was life for 2 years. Is there any chance you can help me? Please, you are my last chance because I don't have access to my hosting.

    Hello,

    If you did not make any backup of your website, then the only one who can help you is your hosting provider. Hosting usually holds a backup of the websites, and you should try to contact them.

    Unfortunately, Betheme does not make backups by itself, and sadly there is not much I can do for you in that case.
