Page Sides color

I'm trying to change the color of the side of the page to a darker grey and having no luck. I see in the color section under global I can change it but it also changes the page content background. I'd like to leave that white without having to edit the page to do so. Reason is, posts cannot be altered that way.

So rather than the sides of the page be #FCFCFC I would like them darker.

Is there a CSS code I can use to achieve this?

Are you talking about the sidebars?

If yes, please, put the following code in Betheme -> Theme options -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

.mcb-sidebar:before{
   background-color: #bbb!important;
}

If this is not what you want to achieve, please, explain to me greater what you are referring to.

I added it and tried several colors. I see no changes at all.

I even see the code in the source code for the page.

That CSS code does not work because your previous CSS codes are written not correctly.

You did not close the .accordion .question .title, just close it up and everything will be working fine.
