Preview not working
Hello,
When "Preview Changes" is selected, it goes to a blank page. Hence the only way to view changes to the page is to save it and go to the live page.
Image below: after "Preview Changes" was pressed. As you notice, there's nothing on the page (what you see is actually the footer). I also made a video that I can send.

Can you tell me which preview option you are using?
Because if you are using a Muffin Builder, you will have to use the builder's preview, not the WP one.
