Hello,

Instead of using the FAQ item, you can use the Accordion.

But if you still want to use the FAQ but without a number, you will have to write a CSS for that.

Please paste that CSS code into the Theme Options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS

It will remove your numbers.

.faq .title .num{
   display: none !important;
}
