The checkout takes its forms color from Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Forms.
But it will change the color for all forms on your website. So if you would like to change the colors for only a particular one, you will have to write a custom CSS and place it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
