Sadly, New Muffin Builder does not have two columns mobile layout.
To do that, user have to edit theme and wordpress files, but they do not support that.

The two columns on mobile are on the list of the features we want to add in future updates, but I cannot tell when exactly it will be introduced.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend you anything except to modify the files.
