Betheme 24.0 update not working on registered theme

Hello, in some of the sites where I have installed the theme I cannot complete the update to version 24.0.

This is strange because it also happens on sites where the child theme is installed. The sites in question all have a regular license purchased.

Can you please check or contact me for support? Thank you.

Can you describe your issue in more detail, please?

Is there any error message? If yes, please, send a screenshot showing it.

Please, try to disable all of the plugins on these sites and update the Betheme then.

Hi,

I have the same issue. I attached the error to this message. Do you have the same error mecpartners?

Current Wordpress version is 5.7.2.

Current Betheme version is 23.0.4

Hey @dougnob,

This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).

After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

Thanks a lot Phil, we had changed the domain name on the site which was causing the issue.
