Post featured image replacing and hiding main header image

For a post, how do I keep the post's featured image I have chosen and have it featured at the top of the post (similar to 'pages' where the featured image replaces the main default header image ) … then hide the main header image?

I would like to get rid of colour image at the top and have swinging boy as the main image at the top.

Hello,

Please, scroll to the Post Options and choose the Intro Header Template.

After that, scroll to the media section, and choose the Header image.

You can also set the option for this image.
