PHP version not compatible with BeTheme

I have tried to contact support with no luck. We need to update the PHP version on the server and BeTheme breaks when we do. Please help!

    Hello,

    The latest version of BeTheme works fine with all modern versions of PHP (including 5.3), but we strongly suggest to use the 7 or 8 version of php.

    Also, be sure that your BeTheme is up to date if you want to upgrade the PHP version, because the older version can be not ready for such update.

    To which version do you want to update the PHP? Can you tell me your actual version of PHP and Betheme with WP version?
