Please, check the following video tutorial, and ensure that you do all steps from there correctly.

Remember to have only required plugins enabled.

Moreover, check if all your plugins and theme are up-to-date.

Did you get an email? If yes, can you tell me what it says, please?

If not, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

Hi Support:

It looks I have identified the issue which caused the pre-built website not installed. The plugin Elementor errored out when trying to install the pre-built website. After disabling the plugin, the pre-built website installaiton works.

You were trying to import the Muffin Builder demo or the Elementor one?

Did you have other than the required plugins enabled?
