as far as i can tell, the section right above this (which is a copy) is ok. This section's spacing is wrong.

The columns from the section above the one from the screenshot have vertical padding.
Please, open the section options with incorrect spacing, and uncheck the option Columns | Remove vertical padding.

You had set the Margin bottom to 0 for items inside that wrap. After I changed it to default, it is working as it should.
Also, I noticed that you had a couple of H1 tags not closed. I fixed them, but be aware to place and close your HTML tags correctly.
