Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the issue persists.

Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

but now the site is visible from iMac but not from iPhone.

I have installed and activate the Twenty-Twenty One theme, and the issue persists.

It means that the issue does not lay on the theme side but probably on your hosting.

Please, contact your hosting provider and ask them about this issue.

I checked but we have other sites on that hosting and they don't have any issues with viewing on iPhone.

But did you contact your hosting provider and ask them about it? If not, please, do that, and you can tell me what did they say.

As I said, I have activated another theme, and the issue persists, so it means that the issue does not lay on the Betheme side, and I am not really able to help you in that case.
