But did you try to upload an image in a higher resolution?
1) I have checked your website, and it does not look blurry at all.
If you want it to look sharper, you should use the logo in a higher resolution.
2) You can move the megamenu higher, so it will be easier to access, by writing a custom CSS and placing it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS. If you need help with writing it, please, let me know.

Another thing is the mega menu isn't easy to click...It always jumps away if you know what I mean. Can one change that?
