500 - Internal Server Error when I install theme

My client wants to use the them on her site but when I install it I get a 500 - Internal Server Error Both the site itself and the dashboard go totally blank.to get control of the site again I have to delete the folder via FTP.

I have the latest version of the theme. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?

Hi,

this error is always and only related with server. In this case you must contact with host admin because this is the only person who will be able to help you.
