Muffin Builder Live - no editing tools

When I try to edit any page other than our home page, I don't have any editing tools for the content although the MBL tool interface is there. This is in Safari, MacOS 11.4, using latest version of BeTheme. See image attached. I've tried disabling all plugins and clearing cache. Also checked Muffin Builder Availability in theme options.
