Hello I cannot edit product catalog options where they are supposed to be

Can you tell me where did you get the second screenshot from, please?

We support a basic WooCommerce, and the Product Catalog setting does not look like on your example.

Notice that you can also find shop options in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog, Portfolio & Shop -> Shop.
