How to change the background colour in the sticky menu?

I would like to change the grey background colour and the text and hover colours in the sticky menu. How can I do that?

To change these colors without touching the main header colors, you would have to write a custom CSS code and place it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS. In this case, you should contact your web developer, and he should be able to help you.

But if you do not want to use the custom CSS, you can use the Header Builder plugin.
