Make theme look more nice and clear

Hello,

i bought the theme and would like to fix Read More button issue

at post page in Related Post section, button "Read More" looks not nice, not at same line.

of course that each post may have different image size and different header length,

but really now its looks so terrible, as broken layout,

to make it clean layout read more button should be at same line, so its some css fixing required

read more button = align bottom

also to maje this section more clean can add some light-gray border solid 1px to each post or background color light-gray (f0f0f2 or so)

Could you fix it please?
