Header builder show different header in Woocommerce and other pages

Hello,

I've made a website using Betheme and the new Header Builder option. The truth is that this feature is really interesting, but it has a bug.

The header that I've created for the website is this. Everything ok.

But when I get into the products URLs the header looks like that:

Does anybody nows why the size of the logo changes and why it make impossible to see the flag of the language plugin?
