Countries not to block on our dedicated server
We currently have many countries blocked in our server since we only serve usa customers. We notice when we remove all the countries blocked the site runs faster, when we add back in the countries the site has a lag. Can you tell me what is causing this or what country to remove?

It seems to be rather your server issue. As it is not Betheme related, unfortunately, I am not really able to help you.
In that case, you should contact your hosting provider and ask them about it.
