My site looks bad on tablet.

I'm working on site https://www.levelupteam.club/. Everything goes well except tablet versions. For some pages I make 2 blocks with the same content but different layout choosing "Hide for Mob" or "Hide for PC&Tabs".
The problem is that I can't make a Tablet version for any page. My Apple tablet doesn't read those. It displays distorted PC version.

I've tried Samsung tablet and it displayed the same picture. What can I do to this? Is anything wrong with theme appearances? Or what?

Are you able to show me how it supposes to look like on a tablet?
In your website's source, I can see two sections with similar content that should be displayed on a tablet.
Are you sure that you have set the Responsive Visibility properly?

That's the point. I cut off tablets but my Apple and Samsung devices display me Desctop layouts. Maybe Google Chrome identifies them as Desctops? Or they identify themselves as PCs for a browser? Or maybe I have to go somewhere inside my BeTheme apperarances and put a check mark or a pixels number or smthng else.
Maybe if a tablet didn't find it's own layout it displays one for Desctops? I've tried to make a tablet block, color it orange just to be sure it differs from PC's and chose "Hide on Desctop&Mobile". This didn't work! I still saw Desctop layout.
What could be the problem?

I have checked the page you mentioned, and it has two sections set to be visible on tablets.
The first section is for tablets only, and the second for tablets and mobiles.
When you change this setting, then only one section will remain.
Notice that the tablet view is for screen width below 960px. When you rotate your device to horizontal view, most tablets have more than 960px, and the desktop view is launched.
If you need to adjust the tablet view, I suggest using the Muffin Live Builder, so you will see how your page will look on the frontend, and you can switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile resolutions.
