'Theme options' not loading

Hello,

I just got a new license and installed the theme and a prebuilt website, now I'm trying to edit but the 'Theme options' link from the 'Betheme' dropdown is not loading when I click on it, every other link is working. I have attached screenshots below, how can I fix this?

Thanks, it's working now, I actually installed the download copy of the first license i got, so i deleted it and installed the download copy that came with the second license, its working fine now
