Save error (template "copywriter")

Hi,

i need some help,

the error is this: I was making changes on a page i created previously, i checked the changes with the new preview function (opened in a new tab), satisfied i then saved the page to store them. After a few hours i needed to add some other things but i noticed that SOME of the previously made changes were gone. Not all of them, but some.

I contacted my hosting provider explaining the issue and there as been checks from their side but the result is: as they say "there was a malfunction between BeTheme, preview display and page management".

Any suggestion is quite welcome.

We have made the php file and here it is:

One thing tho, this website is our new webpage, since we switched hosting provider and the url is not the definitive one. Practically we are working on a virtual enviroment (preload of the domain) for now. Hope this is not an issue.

I do not think that would be an issue.

It seems that your server environment is fine.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if this problem still appears.

If this will not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
