BeCustom - Problem with login

Hi, I have installed the plugin BeCustom and made a few settings. Now I can no longer log in to my site. When I enter /wp-admin, nothing happens. What is going on there?

Hello,

Please, open your FTP, change the BeCustom folder name to something else, and check if you can enter your /wp-admin then.

No, unfortunately that doesn't work either. I use a plugin that redirects my login: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/wps-hide-login/

Can it be because of this?

Yes, this is because of this plugin. It changes the URL of your WP dashboard, so people will not be able to easily access it with the /wp-admin.

You should use the URL you set there. But if you do not remember it, you should rename or delete this plugin folder via FTP.

Then please, rename the plugin folder name, and you should be able to enter your dashboard.

If this will not help, then you would have to contact your server administrator for help.
