Managing purchase code

Hello,

I am a bit stuck so hoping you can help.

I accidentally deregsitered my license on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

When I access my Wordpress site and go to the BeTheme dashboard it still says that my theme is registered however when I try accessing the above link and after I put in all the correct details, I receive the following error:

The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.

Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong?

Hello,

Please, try to deregister your theme through Betheme -> Dashboard and register it there again.

If this will not work, please send us WordPress dashboard, and license key access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
