Unregister a purchase code// asking for a new one
Hello, when we install new website, we need to install purchase code before transfert new website.
Now, it's not possible to install purchase code.
I come on your purchase code manager, fullfilling with code received from envato and it 's not recognized.
Can you Help me , i join the proof of my certificate license.
I already ask this questions some weeks ago but i still not receive any answer. Best regards

But did you register your license through Betheme -> Dashboard?
The API tool is only for managing already registered licenses. You can register them only through Betheme -> Dashboard.
