LTR to RTL

Hi,

I would like to have two flags on my site, one is for English the other is for Arabic. When I click English flag, I'd like my site to view LTR and in EN lang. When I click Arabic flag I'd it to appear RTL and Arabic. Is it possible via theme options?

I it is almost impossible to work with admin panel for me when I switch the language to arabic to have the site RTL.
