PO/MO file dos not contain full details of theme for translation

I was translated all part of PO/MO file with Poedit and now in backend there are some part wasn't translate completely
first I want to know how translated them ?
Second how can I send you those file to put in on the theme?

About translation of all part , I mean these , Please see the images I uploaded , many parts was not translated because that wasn't in the PO files.

The option to translate these parts will be added in future updates, but unfortunately, I cannot tell the exact release date.

I want to translate the betheme.pot file , this new file have more than 500 new line
I was translated old file before.
I know with Po Edit I can translate the file . but I want use the old translation and put it in new file and just translate the rest of it.
