home page menu font won't change

I'm trying to change the color of the menu on the homepage, but no matter what I change it stays grey on homepage. I don't see any custom .css or anything else that is preventing the change of menu colors

Do you have a custom skin set in colors in theme options?

If not, please set it there because the colors you set will not work with other options selected.
