Error when installing pre build website
I have a registered, paid version of the BeTheme. I am trying to install the PAY theme and I am getting error. 'There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.' Attached is the screenshot of the error. I don't see any error / instruction in my mail box as specified.

Please, do not create duplicate discussions because it will speed up anything.
1) Please turn off all of the plugins except the required ones for that demo, and check if this issue persists.
2) If, after that, the problem remains, please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
