Hi

I've created some videos for a site. They're .mp4 exported from after effects using the adobe media encoder. These files work fine on the desk top and loaded up to YouTube ( https://youtu.be/_u37NQRe0ac) and I've uploaded .mp4 before no problems.

I can't load up the .MP4 file to the media library at all. Its a 640kb file approx so it shouldn't be a problem. This is the error message I get(screenshot below) the video half gets there before it defaults to this.

I was trying to locally host the video to use on Slider Revolution 6.

    Hello,

    It does not seem to be Betheme related issue.

    You can download some sample mp4 videos and try to upload them. If it will work then it means that there is something wrong with your exported one.

    Otherwise, if you cannot upload any mp4 files, then it can mean that they are blocked by your server, and you should contact your server administrator to resolve it.
