Submenu problem

Hi,

On the website https://osetonjob.com/ I have a problem with submenu.

I have the main tab "Mes accompagnements", then I have 3 under tabs (Je définis mon projet / Je concrétise mon projet / Accompagnement lycéens, jeunes adultes), and in the 3 under tabs I have new under tabs (Forfait PEP'S en ligne / Forfait PÉPITE / Forfait POPCORN / Forfait JEUNES).

I have big difficulties to select the tabs Forfaits because when I put my mouse the tab dissapears.

Do you know why ?

I proposed a mega menu and like this the problem is solved. But if you have an explanation I agree to read you.
