second custom menu not working

Hi I have created a second custom menu for a second page but it is not working.

The action is meant to scroll down to the different sections in the landing page... but it is not doing any scroll down action .

I have noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.

Please, update it, and check if this issue persists.

Moreover, check if your WP is up-to-date too.
