Rollback
Hello,
As per previous posts, I am looking to start my website again and so have created a new sub-domain. I went ahead tonight and installed a new prebuilt website however I wasn't expecting it to completely overwrite my existing website as I thought it would ask me to confirm the domain (or sub domain). I would like to rollback my site to what it was previously - as of 20-minutes ago.
Can you please help me do this?

Hello Scott,
We are not able to rollback it, we do not have any system to do that.
All that we can suggest is to contact your hosting provider, and ask him about restoring the backup from 24H, it's the only way to restore it.
