How is it that one would go about creating the overlay menu that can be seen in the BeVideo theme?

Hi,

this is the menu that can be set under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

Is this in the update? Because I only have Header options. Could you tell me the manual way to add this code?

If you don't see this section, it means you use very old theme version and you must update your theme to get this section.
